WHAT IS KAWAIIKOWAI?

Japanese for "Cute" and "Scary," KawaiiKowai is a monster art brand created by Sion Lee. Beginning with his inaugural piece "Make Lava Not War" in 2013, KawaiiKowai has grown to include a universe of monsters both in the real world (in the form of 24"x24" gallery-wrapped canvas) and the digital world (in the form of non-fungible tokens -- aka NFTs).
